Who should discuss a project with us?
Pipeline cleaning contractors, equipment integrators and water utility technical teams can use this enquiry route to discuss ice generation requirements. Describe whether you need a generator, a mobile system or support for integration into an existing process. The supplied scope and responsibilities must be agreed in a project quotation.
What information is needed?
| Area | Details to provide |
|---|---|
| Pipe system | Use, material, internal diameter, length, bends and changes in diameter |
| Cleaning objective | Known deposits, baseline condition and measurable acceptance criteria |
| Access and hydraulics | Injection and collection points, isolation, flow and allowable pressure |
| Ice slurry | Required concentration, carrier water, additive restrictions and temperature |
| Verification | Sampling, discharge handling and the owner’s return-to-service procedure |
Drinking water needs its own specification
Seafood chilling equipment must not be assumed suitable for drinking-water networks. A potable-water project needs documented suitability of water, additives and contact materials, together with cleaning, disinfection and verification requirements agreed with the network owner. Applicable requirements depend on the destination and the exact equipment scope.
What can the cleaning process address?
Established service providers describe using ice slurry to transport deposits through pipelines. Whether it is appropriate for a particular deposit, lining or restriction requires a site assessment. It does not replace structural pipe repair or establish that every obstruction can be removed.
Do you provide local cleaning crews?
Use this site to make an equipment or integration enquiry. If on-site service is required, include the location and expected responsibilities so the delivery arrangement can be assessed. Local service availability is confirmed project by project.
