Containerized ice slurry cleaning systems

GTMICE offers containerized ice slurry cleaning systems configured around the customer’s cleaning process. The package combines an agreed equipment scope in a transportable layout, while the customer provides the vehicle. Generator selection starts with the shared GTM model range. Container dimensions, operating mass, connections and commissioning responsibilities are defined for each project.

What is the supply boundary?

The signed equipment list defines the generator, tanks, pumps, controls, connections and auxiliary equipment included in the package. The vehicle is customer-supplied. Agree the mounting interface and load distribution with the vehicle or integration partner before installation.

How is the generator selected?

Use the GTM catalogue to start the duty discussion. Match useful slurry volume and production time to the intended cleaning cycle, storage arrangement and available utilities.

What layout information is needed?

  • Available transport envelope and vehicle payload.
  • Empty and operating mass, including liquids and accessories.
  • Water, electrical and discharge connections.
  • Access, lifting, ventilation, drainage and service clearance.
  • Operating environment and the circuit connection arrangement.

How is performance agreed?

Define a representative test circuit, deposits, slurry properties and acceptance criteria. The proposal should distinguish factory equipment checks from site cleaning results and state who operates and verifies each stage.

How do we start a custom system project?

Send the application, circuit layout, preferred supply boundary and transport constraints. Roy can help structure the equipment discussion before the detailed layout is finalized.
